- The authors are requested to submit the full paper before the deadline.
- The paper submission system accepts a single file either in PDF or docx
- Please format the paper as per the IEEE PES 2-column format. Please feel free to download the latex or the docx template provided below.
- The maximum page limit is 6 pages including references and biographies if any.
