Steps to create PDF eXpress account:
Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus site https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/login?ReturnUrl=%2F
First-time users should do the following:

- Select the Create Account and enter the following:
>61245X for the Conference ID
>your email address
>a password.
An Online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Users with a PDF eXpress account should enter the same password used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid. - Continue to enter personal information as prompted after log in.
- Go to Dashboard and “Create New Title”
- Click the “RELOAD” button to refresh the PDF Conversion/Validation status.
- You are encouraged to correct all content, spelling, and grammatical errors before using this service.
- Select the Create Account and enter the following:

Once you get an email confirmation of verified paper log in to PDF eXpress and click the link to approve for collection.
Download the verified paper and upload only the verified paper to the conference management system as the CAMERA READY PAPER.
Please submit IEEE e-copyright while submitting the CAMERA READY PAPER.
Registration:
Every paper should have one author registration. If you have multiple papers you need to do separate author registrations for each paper. If more authors want to register, they can register as delegates. Use the following link for registration. All foreign nationals are requested to pay in INR using their international credit cards. Without valid registration papers will be dropped from the proceedings and will not appear in IEEE explorer.
Visa Letter:
If you need a letter for VISA, please do register for the conference, request on the conference website https://ieee-isgt-asia.org/registration-2/ and send an email to satish.ashwath@ieee.org, with your registration fee receipt, paper ID, Title and Author names.
